To everyone at Panchos,
I just wanted to write to you to thank you so
much for the fantastic and friendly service! My
boyfriend and I had so much fun and our lunch
was incredible! We took some fun pictures too
and I just wanted to share them with you!
Thank you again and we hope to come back and
visit soon!

| Dear Mr. and Mrs. Bragg,
I am writing to thank you and your staff for a
memorable experience at Pancho ’ s. My husband
and I were in Cabo San Lucas recently and
stopped in for a drink one afternoon. Sammy was
our waiter that day and made us feel welcome
from the moment we sat down. I asked the
bartender on duty if I could photograph him with
a baseball hat from a local restaurant in our
town of Dover, NH. Katuey (please forgive if I
misspelled!) was very accommodating and I am
attaching a copy of the photo, which I trust you
will share with him.
As we sat enjoying our cocktails, we were
overcome with the wonderful aromas of the food
and the friendliness of the staff. We returned a
few nights later to have dinner. We sat at the
bar, and again, Katuey was on duty. Prior to
ordering, I asked if anyone could suggest a
place that I could purchase rosary beads to
bring home for my mother. Imagine my surprise
and delight when one of your staff approached me
with several sets of beads in hand to choose
from. He went to a store a few doors down,
apparently knew the owner, and was able to bring
these items back to Pancho ’ s for me to look at.
Service like that would never occur in the
States!
Needless to say, we stayed for dinner which
was amazing, the staff was so friendly, and the
food was excellent as were the Cadillac
Margaritas (my new favorite!).
We shall always remember Pancho ’ s and plan
to return to Cabo for many more years to come.
We have traveled a lot in the last few years,
but never have we encountered such a beautiful
area nor have we enjoyed a dining experience as
much as we did the night at Pancho ’ s.
We wish you and your staff continued success
and look forward to returning soon.

Hi, we came to Cabo for a week and ate at Pancho's 4 times!! We were here for our ten year anniversary!!.. 10 years ago you helped us with our wedding then hosted our reception at your wonderful restaurant!!
We have never forgotten you & your husband and the fabolous party you put on for our family & friends!! Sorry we missed you, see you in another 10 years!!

| This quick email is to thank you for three wonderful meal experiences in Cabo over the past two weeks. David welcomed us at the door and Gilberto was our waiter each time.
We have visited Cabo each year over the past three years and this was the first year we visited your restaurant. The food was terrific, the service excellent and obviously, by returning three times in the two weeks we were there, we throughly enjoyed each experience.
We are already planning next year’s visit and we promise to return to your restaurant as well as refer our friends who travel to Cabo to visit Panchos.
